KF Flanges

KF flanges in accordance with PNEUROP standards 6606/1991 and DIN 28403
Usable for vouto value up to 10-8 mbar with O-ring seals and up to 10-9 mbar with metal seals.
- Usable for pressures up to 2.5 bar in standard execution.
- Usable for pressures up to 5 Bar with vacuum and pressure seals and reinforced collars.
- Possibility of heating up to over 200°C
(operating temperature is limited by the type of seal used)
- Material AISI 304 (1.4301) - AISI 316 L (1.4404)

Valves

Vacuum valves are suitable for all vacuum levels: tailor-made for the desired application, they are highly precise and durable even under extreme conditions. Vacuum isolation and control valves, gas metering valves, transfer and quick-close valves available for any application area.

Pumps

Our vacuum pumps are designed to meet the diverse needs of customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and energy sectors. ATEX, HTM and ISO certified, they guarantee reliable performance even in hostile environments and comply with international standards. Furthermore, we offer complete reconditioning and repair services for cryogenic pumps, ensuring maximum reliability and durability over time.

Ultra Vacuum Flanges

Ultravacuum flanges are available in blind, weld and swivel versions, with nominal diameters: DN 16÷25÷38÷50÷63÷80÷100÷125÷150÷200÷250÷275÷300÷350. The metal seal ` made with a flat copper gasket placed between the teeth of a pair of stainless steel flanges. The pressure exerted by the edges causes the gasket to slide in a radial direction limited by the vertical edges of the flange. The gasket thus clamped provides an excellent vacuum seal (10-12 mbar) even at high temperatures (450° C)

Valves

Description
Our range of welded pipes and fittings covers the most commonly used sizes from diameter 18 mm to diameter 267 mm with wall thicknesses from 1.5 to 3 mm.
Applications
For vacuum systems. In conveying fluids in the chemical, sanitary, cosmetic, and food fields.
Materials
The material used for the construction of the welded tube is Aisi 304 and Aisi 316 stainless steel.
Finish
Type A: rough pickled.
Type B: internal and external mechanical polishing.
