O-RING SIZE TABLE
O-Rings represent one of the most popular types of seals globally, used in a wide range of applications in different industrial sectors. Given their many applications, there is a wide range of sizes available, making it essential to adopt size standards to ensure compatibility and interchangeability.
Over the years, several size standards for O-Rings have been developed, which provide a reference point for the most common sizes used in the industry.
Below are the tables of the standards that we consider to be the most commonly adopted by our customers.
AS-568
The standard dimensions of AS-568 O-rings they are the most commonly used in the world. O-ring tolerances vary depending on use: see the O-ring tolerance table or contact us for assistance.
STANDARD JAPANESE SIZES
JIS B 2401 is a Japanese industry standard for O-ring dimensions. Tolerances vary depending on use, please see table.
COMMON METRIC O-RING SIZES
Use the metric O-ring size chart to find the most common O-ring sizes based on cross section, inside diameter, and outside diameter. In addition to standard metric O-ring sizes, thousands of non-standard metric O-ring sizes are available from stock or can be custom made in just a few weeks, usually without additional tooling costs.
